β 1/5 β BRAND-NEW DISHWASHER STILL NOT WORKING AFTER ALMOST 2 MONTHS I purchased a brand-new Samsung dishwasher from Home Depot in July, and it was delivered and installed on July 9. The VERY NEXT DAY, I reported that it was not working. Home Depot scheduled a replacement. A week later, the replacement arrived DAMAGED. Another replacement was scheduled for July 22. When the installer arrived, they plugged the original dishwasher back in and it happened to work at that moment. I was told there was nothing wrong with it and that I should keep it. I went out of town, came back, and the dishwasher is NOT WORKING AGAIN. Now Home Depot and Samsung are giving me the runaround. Samsung canβt even get a technician out for another week. I bought a BRAND-NEW appliance. I should not have to spend almost TWO MONTHS chasing Home Depot and Samsung just to get a working dishwasher. Home Depot took my money immediately, but when there is a problem with a product that failed ONE DAY after installation, nobody wants to take responsibility. At this point, I donβt want more excuses or another week of waiting. Home Depot needs to replace this dishwasher with a properly working unit or issue me a

For many years, Lowes was my preferred big box home improvement store. My experiences at this store over the last several years have been so good that it changed my overall preference. Things that aren't great (thus 4*): * getting in and out of the parking lot * picking up "ship to store" orders is often problematic - takes them a while to find it

Purchased oops paint. The top had white paint. We got home and it was orange. Home Depot Assistant Store Manager would not even turn around to speak to me directly. No return. So disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Fairfax Home Depot location. My uncle and aunt did a special ordered a new door and even provided the old door so the staff could take proper measurements. After the measurements were completed, they were told the new door would arrive within a month. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected. When the installation technician finally arrived to install the new door, we were informed that the door size was incorrect and did not match the measurements that were taken by Home Depot staff. Because of this mistake, the door had to be taken back to the store. My uncle and aunt then spoke with the manager, Emmanuel, hoping for a solution or at least some understanding. Sadly, the interaction was very unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to help resolve the issue, he repeatedly said it was not Home Depotβs fault. The customer service experience was very poor, and the manager came across as rude and dismissive. Not only did my uncle and aunt waste over a month waiting, but they also spent extra money on the installation technician and ended up coming home without a door. There was no compensation, no apology, and no e

Lots of free parking, free wifi, restroom and water. Employees here are younger and service is quick much better. Sometime you will see discounted floor units by the door such as fridge.
